None of the visuals discussed will be included in the final designs. It could be helpful to check out, especially for folks who haven’t worked with much UI design or layout design before, but it is not a required step.

Part 2 - SYMBOL CONSTRUCTION

The videos below go into basic symbol construction - they will be important for folks who have not worked with symbols or icons in Illustrator before, but there are many other ways to build out icons and symbols.

Part 4 - WIREFRAME INTERFACE LAYOUT + Color

The video below shows a strategy for setting up a guide wireframe layer for the interface layout. None of the visuals discussed will be included in the final designs. Like the other wireframe video, if you haven’t worked with layout design before, this could be very helpful, but it is not a required step.

Part 4 - Additional Visual Techniques

The videos in this section all cover a variety of different visual design methods that can be used in some aspects of UI designs, for some visual aesthetics. Not every one of these techniques needs to be used.
