In 2000, Kodak estimated that 80 billion analog photos were taken (which has since dropped dramatically), and 86 Billion photos were taken total.
In 2012, it was estimated that 3.2 trillion photos had been taken total (both analog + digital).
In 2014, it was estimated that 1.8 billion photos were taken every day.
In 2017, we took more than 1/3rd the amount of the total photos ever taken in history each year - 1.3 Trillion.
Some Estimate that up to 2 trillion photos were taken in 2018
